You must include the "M" or "P" prefix.

Pass keywords : Example: "plant trace" (always two 5 letter words)

The words MUST be in the same order as in the notification that was sent to you.

You may enter the words in either upper or lower case (or a mixture). You may enter either a single space between the words or no space.

Please note:

The members’ section is restricted to current members and to prospective members who have registered with Essex IVC.

Full members will be informed of their membership number and annual pass keywords when they join or renew.

Prospective members will be given login details when they start their trial period. If this expires, please contact the Prospective Membership Secretary for an extended key.

Any unauthorised attempts to access the members' section will be monitored and may be subject to legal action.

All access to our website is logged and monitored. The committee take the security of personal data seriously. You must NOT pass your login details to another person, including any current or past member. Members who are found to have divulged their passwords may have their login suspended or be subject to disciplinary action by the Club. Equally, printed bulletins must not be passed to anyone who is not a current member.
