The members’ section is restricted to Members and Prospective members who have registered with Essex IVC. The User name will have been supplied to you by post or email. Any unauthorised attempts to access the members section will be monitored and may be subject to legal action.

User name

Prospective members should contact the Prospective Membership Secretary for their login Username although they should have received this when starting their free trial period.

Members may ask other members for the current club "user name" or alternately ask a committee member. MEMBERS RECEIVING E-LIST MESSAGES CAN FIND THE USER NAME AT THE BOTTOM OF A RECENT E-LIST MESSAGE.

Password

The password can be found on the current or previous month's printed bulletin. This changes each month.

Under no circumstances should a member provide the login password to another person, this includes any current or past member. The committee take the security of personal data seriously therefore, members who are found to have divulged the password may be subject to disciplinary action by the Club.
